Exercise Instructions

Step One

Begin with band wrapped around your mid back.

Step Two

Grasp the ends of the band in front of you with your elbows bent at your side.

Step Three

Extend your elbows forward and push the band away from your trunk.

Step Four

Hold and slowly return.

TIP: Avoid leaning back.
