Thera-Band Shoulder Diagonal Extension (D2)

Description

The "core" refers to the region of the trunk that includes the abdomen, back, and hips. The core is considered the central stabilizing area for the rest of the body. It's important in producing forces and in transmitting forces. The core consists of the abdominal muscles, low back muscles, diaphragm, and pelvic floor muscles. The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body. This allows a wide variety of movements for function, but also pre-disposes the shoulder to injuries and pain. TheraBand Resistive Exercise Bands are available in eight progressive levels of resistance noted by the Thera-Band trademark color-coded progression: Tan, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Black, Silver, and Gold. Thera-Band resistive tubing is available in all colors except gold. The chest protects some of the most vital organs of the body: the heart and lungs. While the ribs and spinal column are designed to protect, they also serve as an attachment for ligaments and muscles.
