Exercise Instructions
Step One
Begin with band wrapped around your upper back.
Step Two
Grasp both ends of band with elbows slightly bent and palms facing inward.
Step Three
Keep your arms at shoulder level and bring them together in front of your chest, stretching the band.
Step Four
Slowly return to starting position.
TIPS
Keep your back and neck straight. Don't shrug your shoulders. Don't hold your breath.
