Exercise Instructions
Step One
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms alongside body, with chested lifted and open. Back and trunk remain straight with belly button in tight. Knees are ‘loose’ – not hyperextended – with one end of Thera-Band Elastic Resistance looped around one foot, with same foot planted firmly on top of it to anchor band.
Step Two
With same-side hand, grasp the end of a Thera-Band FlexBar and the other end of the Thera-Band Elastic Resistance. Lift arm up and out against the resistance.
Step Three
Hold stable in this position and oscillate FlexBar. Oscillate for 15-20 seconds. Rest and repeat.
