Exercise Instructions

Step One

Lay on your back with knees bent.

Step Two

Place the Mini Ball between your knees and slowly rotate your legs to one side.

Step Three

Keep your shoulders flat on the ground.

Step Four

Hold and slowly return to the opposite side.
