Exercise Instructions

Step One

Stand on the middle of the band with both feet.

Step Two

Wrap the ends of the band around the outside of the feet, and then cross them behind your knees. Bring the ends around to the front of the thighs and cross again.

Step Three

Hold the ends of the band at your hips.

Step Four

Perform squat, keeping back & elbows straight. Hold and slowly return. TIPS: Keep your back straight and knees pointing forward. Don't allow your knees to rotate inward or outward.
