Exercise Instructions

Step One

Wrap the middle of a long band around your foot.

Step Two

Lay on your stomach and hold the other ends of the band over your shoulder.

Step Three

Begin with your knee bent and extend your knee against the band until it reaches the floor.

Step Four

Hold and slowly return.
