Exercise Instructions
Step One
Grasp one end of Thera-Band FlexBar with hand of wrist to be exercised. Place that same bent elbow on a table, with other end of FlexBar resting on table approximately one foot away from elbow. Wrist to be exercised is in neutral position and non-exercising hand is placed on bent elbow for stabilization.
Step Two
Keeping forearm stationary, slowly push against FlexBar to bend hand down towards table. Hand is moving toward the ‘pinkie side’ to exercise the muscles responsible for ulnar deviation.
Step Three
Hold 2-3sec. Slowly return to starting position (neutral). Repeat.
