Exercise Instructions

Step One

Grasp one end of Thera-Band FlexBar with hand of wrist and forearm to be exercised. Place that same bent elbow on a table, with other end of FlexBar resting on the table, out toward the pinkie side of the hand. Wrist to be exercised is in neutral position with an underhand grip (palm up). Non-exercising hand is placed on bent elbow for stabilization. Keeping forearm stable, slowly rotate against FlexBar to rotate palm and wrist down toward the table.

Step Two

Hold 2-3sec.

Step Three

Slowly return to starting position (neutral). Repeat.
