Exercise Instructions
Step One
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms alongside body, with chested lifted and open.
Step Two
Back and trunk remain straight with belly button in tight. Stance leg is straight, but not locked, with foot planted on Thera-Band Stability Trainer.
Step Three
Grasp the end of a Thera-Band FlexBar and lift arm up and out to the side of the body. Oscillate FlexBar while balancing for 20-30 seconds. Rest and repeat.
