Exercise Instructions
Step One
Grasp Thera-Band FlexBar with both hands palm up in front of body. Elbow of hand closest to body (exercising hand) is fully bent with other elbow almost fully extended.
Step Two
Both hands squeeze FlexBar to hold a tight grip. With exercising hand (top one in picture), slowly rotate against FlexBar resistance, working to rotate palm down toward the floor. Other ‘fist’ stabilizes against the motion.
Step Three
Hold 2-3sec. Slowly return to starting position (neutral). Repeat.
