Exercise Instructions
Step One
Back-lying with both knees bent, place the middle of Thera-Band FlexBar underneath knee to be mobilized, just above the knee joint. Other foot is flat on the mat. Bend involved knee as much as possible. Utilizing both arms looped around lower leg, gently apply pressure to the lower leg to mobilize into flexion.
Step Two
Vary the mobilization by gently changing the proximity of the FlexBar, rolling it slightly towards or away from knee joint. Hold `15sec. Repeat.
