Exercise Instructions
Step One
Seated toward the edge of a chair, place the Thera-Band FlexBar on the floor and the middle of bare foot to be released directly on top of FlexBar.
Step Two
Gently roll the FlexBar along underside of the foot (plantar fascia), controlling the depth of tissue release through controlling the amount of pressure placed on the FlexBar.
Step Three
Roll (massage) 3-5min.
