Exercise Instructions
Step One
Place the middle of Thera-Band FlexBar on inside of the arm, just above elbow joint, bending involved elbow as much as possible.
Step Two
Utilizing the opposite arm and hand, gently apply pressure to the hand of the involved elbow to mobilize into flexion.
Step Three
Vary the mobilization by gently changing the proximity of the FlexBar, rolling it slightly towards or away from elbow joint.
Step Four
Hold `15sec. Repeat.
