Exercise Instructions

Step One

Long-sitting on the side of a table or bench, grasp both ends of the Thera-Band Roller Massager+ so that ridged roller is positioned across the inside thigh of slightly bent leg. Non-rolled leg is dropped off the edge with foot planted and leg to be rolled is crossed slightly over mid-line.

Step Two

Gently roll the Massager+ up and down along the path of the adductor muscles, controlling the depth through controlling the amount of pressure placed on the tissue. In general, shorter strokes and sustained pressure in this shortened position will work deeper muscle tightness and knots.
