Exercise Instructions
Step One
Long-sitting on the side of a table or bench, grasp both ends of the Thera-Band Roller Massager+ so that ridged roller is positioned across the top of the thigh of leg to be rolled, with knee bent approximately 60 degrees. Non-rolled leg is dropped off the edge with foot planted.
Step Two
Gently roll the Massager+ up and down along the path of the quadriceps muscle, controlling the depth through controlling the amount of pressure placed on the tissue.
