Exercise Instructions
Step One
Seated on the edge of a chair, anchor one end of the Thera-Band Roller Massager+ in between bent knees and reach arm (with forearm to be rolled) around Massager+ in a hug position. Ridged roller is placed directly across inside of forearm. Wrist is neutral.
Step Two
Gently roll the Massager+ back and forth along the path of the wrist flexor muscles, controlling the depth through controlling the amount of pressure placed on the tissue. The knee anchor serves as the fulcrum for the movement.
