Exercise Instructions
Step One
Seated in a chair, straighten out arm (with biceps to be rolled) in front of body and rest it on same side knee, palm facing inward. Anchor one end of the Thera-Band Roller Massager+ on hip bone of same side and grasp other end so that ridged roller is placed directly across inside of upper arm.
Step Two
Gently roll the Massager+ up and down along the path of the biceps muscle, controlling the depth through controlling the amount of pressure placed on the tissue. The hip anchor serves as the fulcrum for the movement.
