Exercise Instructions

Step One

Seated toward the edge of a chair, place the Thera-band Roller Massager+ on the floor and the ball of bare foot to be released directly on the Massager+.

Step Two

Gently roll the Massager+ along the underside of the forefoot (plantar fascia), controlling the depth of tissue release through controlling the amount of pressure placed on the Massager+.
