Exercise Instructions
Step One
Securely attach the pulley above the door knob.
Step Two
Stand with your side to the door and grasp one handle with the arm closest to the door extended.
Step Three
Grasp the other handle with the arm furthest from the door with your elbow bent by your side.
Step Four
Rotate your trunk toward the door by pulling the arm closest to the door toward you while extending the opposite side across your chest.
Step Five
Be sure to rotate your shoulders.
