Exercise Instructions
Step One
Place tips of thumb and one finger in opposing holes of the Hand Xtrainer.
Step Two
Pinch thumb tip and finger tip together to squeeze Hand Xtrainer. Hold 3-5 sec. Slowly release. Repeat. TIP: To increase fine motor work, place finger tips in holes close to one another. ALTERNATE POSITION: Place Hand Xtrainer on flat surface to perform two-finger pinch.
