Exercise Instructions

Step One

Place four fingers in the outside holes of the Xtrainer, up to the level of the middle finger joints. Place thumb in an opposing hole, also at the level of the middle joint.

Step Two

Keep fingers and thumb straight to squeeze fingers in and toward the center, forming a prehensile (straight-finger) grip. Hold 3-5 sec.

Step Three

Slowly return to starting position. Repeat. TIP: Allow wrist to slightly extend upward with this squeeze.
