Exercise Instructions
Step One
Grasp top of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand.
Step Two
With palm facing away from body, place one fingertip of a straight finger in outside hole of Hand Xtrainer.
Step Three
In a progressive controlled fashion, bend the end finger joint, then middle, then knuckle down toward the floor, Hold 3-5 sec.
Step Four
Slowly return to starting position. Repeat. TIP: Allow wrist and hand to slightly curve in (flex) as isolated finger is flexing
