Exercise Instructions
Step One
Begin in an athletic stance and place one foot inside an Easy Grip Loop. Place your hands in the Easy Grip Loops at the ends of your CLX.
Step Two
Keeping your arms in line with your body, lift your hands and extend your elbows upward over your head.
Step Three
Hold briefly and slowly return to starting position.Be sure to keep your neck and back straight while you perform this exercise. Do not perform this exercise if you have shoulder pain.
