About the Instructor:
Dr. Ed Le Cara has worked as a strength and conditioning coach, athletic trainer, and chiropractor for over 20 years. He holds a PhD in athletic training with original published research on lower back musculature and training affects. In 2014, Le Cara opened KinetikChain, a sports medicine and athletic recovery center where he helps active individuals overcome pain and return to activities they love.
